Our Process & Checklists

1. Inspection Before our technician arrives at the residence, please remove any obstacles. This would include toys, electronics, furniture, curtains and clothing. As well as move any vehicles if needed to allow access for carpet cleaning van. Please Place animals in a safe location due to we will have doors open to allow carpet cleaning hoses into the property from the machine. Once your technician arrives please advise of the concerns you may have. This can include stains, spots, animal urine and animal hair.   The technician will make notation of any damages this can include rips, rolling carpeting, discoloration, delamination and unknown stains.

2. Pre-Vacuuming Pre-vacuuming is a process that will help remove any dry particulate soil, pet and human dander prior to steam cleaning.  This process will help remove the majority of dry soil that can resurface after cleaning. This is a crucial process on high traffic areas where soil is tracked into the home from the exterior.

3. Pre-Spotting Pre-Spotting is identical to how you would pre-treat a piece of clothing with a stain.  If juice has spilled and a stain was visible, we generally would treat the stain with a stain removal product prior to cleaning.  Most stains will come out if an over the counter product was not used previously. Over the counter products can set stains in and release the dye causing discoloration due to the High PH in the products.

4. Pre-Treatment Prior to cleaning a eco-friendly, cleaning solution will be applied on the surface of the carpet with our pressurized sprayers to allow additional agitation. This cleaning agent is designed to destroy tough grease and to remove free dirt. This process is included in all basic cleaning except for the urine treatment and stain removal.

5. Agitation We include agitation from our agitation equipment to help loosen up and detach deep dirt, debris, hair, grease, foods and allergens trapped inside the carpet fibers. This process can help accelerate pretreatment and conditioner treatment.

6. Hot Water Extraction Hot water extraction includes our top-notch truck mount system that produces steam up to 360 degrees.  The deep cleaning process consists of using a high-pressure spray to break down dirt and soil in your carpets with our stainless steel professional carpet cleaning wand. The process loosens any grime, debris, dirt, and soil that is deep within the fiber of your carpeting. A vacuum is used simultaneously to pull up all these loosened substances from the carpet backing. A second vacuum stroke is accomplished with the high powered vacuum to assist with the drying process.

7. Final Groom Grooming the carpets is a process by raking the carpet after applying a conditioner and deodorization solution. This process removes marks left in carpeting from the wand and allows the drying process to speed up. As well as place blowers in several locations as needed. If blowers will cause valuables to fall we will not be able to provide the blowers due to the high blower velocity.

8. Final Walk-Through Our technician will do a final walk through of the carpet, making sure every inch is up to your standards.  This is the best time to answer any questions or concerns. Also at this time you can request  for booties to help prevent further soilage until carpets are completely dry. The technicians will place all equipment back into the van and clean up any water on hard surfaces due to the steam.
